Run Britain Day 84: Beyond Blackpool to Lancaster

I have run to ‘within range’ of my friend Kat.

It’s a generous range if I am honest because Kat lives in Edinburgh so she’s travelled a long way to spend the day running with and sharing the ‘penned in from 3 sides’ bed in my funny hostel in Preston. But it’s great to see her and it feels like a real milestone.

It’s also great to have company for watching the Traitors, which is an excellent programme but it’s better watching it with someone.

I’m not feeling 100%. The cold symptoms have, once again, turned into terrible mouth ulcers. I’m hoping the ginger shots will help sort it out.
