Run Britain Day 122: Around Loch Sunart

This morning’s start was slightly ‘disturbed’ by BBC Women’s Hour. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to speak on Radio 4, and both my donations and instagram audience have really benefited from it.

But it is amazing how any difference to my daily routine throws me out of whack. It shows how close I am sailing to the wind in terms of energy availability. Running Britain is amazing, but sometimes it’s so amazing it’s easy to forget how hard it is and how tiring I am finding it.

It’s still incredibly beautiful in the highlands though and we had a few patches of sunshine. Although now that we’re getting settled down for bed it’s started raining again and the rain is loud on the roof of the campervan.
