Day 0: Tomorrow I start running

It’s finally here. After nine months of thinking about it, four months of full time planning, and many hours of training, it’s time for me to start Run Britain.

I am excited, I am nervous.

I feel incredibly prepared, but also not ready at all.

I am full of adrenaline, but also quite tired.

I can’t wait to get running, but also don’t want to leave the comfort of home.

I am currently enjoying my last evening in front of the TV for a few months. And then a big bowl of pasta. And then an early night.
